STATEMENT OF
PARTICIPATION IN THE BREEDERS INCENTIVE FUND PROGRAM: Any attempt
in connection with the Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse
Association/Spotted Mountain Horse Association (KMSHA/SMHA) to
provide false or misleading information to Kentucky breed affiliates
or government officials, or to otherwise engage in fraudulent
activity, shall result in appropriate disciplinary action by the
KMSHA/SMHA and the application of all administrative, civil and
criminal penalties that may apply.
